Since end 2009, 4Life Singapore now accepts direct, immediate online enrollment (i,e registration). You can now sign up as a distributor or a Preferred customer online.

Here are the Steps: How to sign up online and buy 4Life products:

Go to 4life.com
Select Singapore from right hand corner.
Click on Enroll.  Click continue
Select either : Diamond/Leader/Associate/ Preferred customer.  Click continue
Enter your personal information such as name, NRIC etc
For Enroller id: 6784120 (Please write down this id number for use later)
For Sponsor id: 6784120(Please write down this id number for use later)

Other Notes: You will need to make your payment by credit card via Paypal.
