47. "Just before Christmas I had run out of all my usual nutritional supplements and was wearing myself out with holiday preparations. 48. "I listened to the information a friend gave me about transfer factors because my seven year-old daughter has had numerous sinus and ear infections during her life usually using an antibiotic at least 4-5 times a year. The last time she was sick prior to starting the transfer factors it took two antibiotics to actually clear up her infection. 50. "I sincerely feel that transfer factors have changed my life. One of the most amazing things that I have had with the transfer factors are using them not only internally but the topical results that I've had. I do food demonstrations a great deal and I had worn and broken a terrible blister on my finger. I came home after doing about 1500 ice cream cones in a eight hour period. When I got home, I could hardly move my hand. 51. "I had a burn on my arm. I dropped a curling iron on the inside of my arm and after three days, it was so infected it had a huge red ring around it. I heard the Tuesday night conference call where somebody had applied transfer factors to a burn, so I thought I would try it. I put the transfer factors with some water and, the next day it had a little scab on it. I had two spots on my face that looked like they were pre-cancerous, they hurt to touch ,one was red, one was sort of grayish brown. They'd been there about six months. 53. "I have some major health concerns and I wondered how I would know when and actually if transfer factors were kicking in. It didn't take long. The day my first order from this company came, I had a "shoot me" of a cold blossoming. The thing is my colds always turn in to bronchitis. I was really prepared for the initial feat. 56. "Just yesterday, our son had an appendicitis attack. This same problem presented itself a year ago, and we gave him probiotics with l. plantarum at many times the normal dose. I did this in preparation to going to the hospital, although most of the information that I had at the time was based more on prayer and intuition, although we both had our experiences with appendicitis to remind us. After a couple of hours, our son was fine even though we did go to the doctor. This time, we were slower to realize how ill he was as the onset was more gradual, though he did develop every symptom of appendicitis over the course of 24 hours. 58. "On Monday nite I half-awakened at 2:30 am with itching eyes, and I was rubbing them. Strange, I thought, I only itch like this in the Spring and this is Fall. Then I noticed that my eyes felt VERY swollen, then my lips and the upper palate of my mouth. I dragged myself out of bed and looked in the bathroom mirror - I barely recognized the face that looked back at me, and I could feel the swelling progressing. I could still breathe through my mouth and talk with effort. I woke up my roomate and told her what was up. Today (Wednesday) I'm back to a light day of work, but now I have injectible epinephrine that I will have to learn to keep with me in case this happens again.
