My experience:

In the year 2000 my health was in a bad shape. I was down with asthmatic bronchitis twice having to take steroids on two separate occasions for two weeks each time. Then there is the flu bug hitting me very often, with a hit ratio of about once every 3 to 4 months and each time it would take about 5 days to recover. There was also that frequent sore throat that comes sometimes together with this flu.

So I asked my wife's opinion who understood immune system better than me, having breastfed my two sons. She told my health is so bad there is no harm trying. That was the best decision I ever made. Since then my health bounced back to hundred percent. The following year I did not even had to see a doctor and I was down with flu only once and I recovered within a day and not five days. My sore throat was eliminated and if ever I had the recovery rate was much faster.

Now without failed I am a diligent daily consumer of my transfer factor and TF cardio.
