The following are banks that ForLife is able to bank commissions into,

7. Bumiputra Commerce Bank
8. EON Bank Berhad
9. EON Finance Berhad
10. Hong Leong Bank
11. Hong Leong Finance Berhad
12. Public Bank
13. RHB Bank
14. Southern Bank Berhad

15. Maybank Berhad

Please be aware that there will be bank charges of RM2 for each commission payment made into your bank account.

All distributors must submit their bank account information by 30
November 2004. If you still have not applied for a bank account or have
not given us your complete bank information, your bonus payouts and commissions will be kept in your AR account.

For bonus or commissions that are RM10.00 or below, they will be automatically transferred to your AR account. There will be no cheques or bank-in payments made to distributors until the amount exceeds RM10.00.
